Jo Evans

Jo has over 25 years of experience in Education and is passionate about supporting school leadership in Mental Health and Safeguarding. She is an experienced Education and Safeguarding Consultant and qualified trainer, who supports schools nationally and internationally to improve outcomes, make processes and procedures more robust and further develop their knowledge to achieve their priorities.

Jo has been a Headteacher and is an Independent Safeguarding Reviewer, using this foundation to mentor, coach and train Headteachers, Senior Leaders and Governors. Investigate Safeguarding processes in schools and create tailored strategies to develop leadership strengths.

Areas of speciality:

Safeguarding, Mental Health, Summative and Formative Assessment, Leadership and Governor Support and Development.

Helen Large

Helen has over 30 years of experience in Education both as a successful school leader in primary schools and as a senior lecturer and Assistant Programme Convenor for the PGCE Primary Initial Teacher Training programmes. She is an experienced moderator and link tutor for School Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT) courses, as well as being an external moderator for Laureate.

Helen has a wealth of experience in developing and implementing the School Direct route for ITT. Supporting students both in a mentoring and coaching capacity and providing training for NQT and ETC teachers.

Helen is passionate about supporting those new to Teaching and leads NQT and NQT+1 courses across the UK. She uses her wealth of experience to train class teachers and school-based mentors in their role in supporting students in schools.

Mental Health, NQT and NQT + 1 support programmes, School Based Mentor development and support.

Susan Eriksson

Susan is a highly experienced schools inspector and has over 20 years experience in inspecting, leading and supporting schools and colleges in the mainstream and independent sector. She has been a Headteacher in both UK and international schools and has led schools out of special measures and from good to outstanding.

Susan is passionate about supporting schools to provide the very best outcomes for learners, supporting staff and leaders at all levels and advising school leaders to improve performance.
